Complete drain hygiene support

Five services. One program.

Each service solves a specific failure below the floor. Together, and on a schedule, they keep drains from becoming an odour, pest or hygiene problem in the first place.

Site drain assessment

Identify high-risk, low-use and target drains on site, then develop a practical management plan for your property.

What we do

  • Walk every area of the site and log each floor, fixture and plant-room drain
  • Grade drains by use (daily, occasional, rarely), by proximity to food, patients or the public, and by condition
  • Check trap seals, grate condition, signs of pests and existing odour complaints
  • Recommend which drains to seal, which to treat, and how often to visit

What you get

  • A drain register for the property, with photos
  • A risk map that shows where the problems will come from
  • A written management plan with a recommended Bronze, Silver or Gold level
  • A fixed quote for the program

Biological wastewater treatment

Target biofilm, grease and organic buildup throughout the drainage network using professional wastewater treatments.

Why it matters

  • Biofilm is the food source for drain flies and cockroaches and the origin of most persistent odours
  • Hot water, caustics and mechanical cleaning remove the surface layer and leave the rest to regrow
  • Buildup narrows the pipe over time and ends in blockages and emergency callouts

How it works

  • Biological treatments are dosed into the drainage network on each visit
  • They digest grease and organic matter along the whole run of pipe, not only the section you can reach
  • Non-corrosive to pipework and safe to use in food-handling areas when applied as directed

Drain sealing and installation

Supply and install waterless trap-seal units to contain odours, sewer gases, pests and contaminants within the drainage system, protecting hygiene in occupied areas.

Why it matters

  • A P-trap only works while it holds water; low-use drains dry out and open a direct path for sewer gas
  • Drains are an entry point for cockroaches and drain flies into kitchens, wards and back-of-house areas
  • Air movement through a dry trap can carry contaminants from the drainage system into the room

How it works

  • A waterless trap seal sits inside the drain body under the grate and opens only when water flows down
  • Fitted in minutes, no plumbing works, no change to the drain's function
  • Works alongside the existing trap as a second barrier when the water seal fails
  • Sized to each drain during the assessment and checked on every service visit

Ongoing

Scheduled preventative servicing

Routine treatment, inspections and product maintenance managed by our team to support consistent performance.

On every visit

  • Biological treatment of the drainage network
  • Inspection of each sealed drain and replacement of seals that need it
  • A check for new odour, pest or buildup signs, and of any drains added since the assessment

What you get

  • A visit report with findings and photos, sent the same day
  • A service history you can hand to an auditor, a pest contractor or a landlord
  • Visits scheduled around trading hours and access, with no stock for your team to manage

Grease trap treatment

Ongoing grease trap treatment controls odours and organic buildup, supporting better hygiene, reliable wastewater performance and fewer disruptive maintenance issues.

Why it matters

  • Grease traps are the strongest odour source on most food-service sites
  • Organic buildup between pump-outs reduces capacity and can breach trade waste conditions

How it works

  • Biological treatment dosed on each visit keeps grease and organic matter digested between pump-outs
  • Complements, and does not replace, your scheduled pump-out and trade waste obligations

Not sure which drains need what?

That is what the assessment is for. We map the site, grade every drain and recommend a program.
