Before you choose
How is the price set?
Every plan is quoted after a site assessment, based on the number of drains, how many need sealing, the size of the drainage network to treat and the visit frequency. Multi-site portfolios are quoted as one program.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Sites often start on Bronze or Silver and move up when a kitchen, a new tenancy or a pest issue changes the risk. The drain register from your assessment stays with the site.
Do you work with our existing pest control and cleaning contractors?
Yes. Drain Sentinel covers the part of the problem that lives below the grate. Sealing and treating drains makes an integrated pest management program more effective; it does not replace it.
Do we need to stock anything?
No. Products, seals and treatments come with the technician on each visit. There is nothing for your team to order, store or remember.
What about residential properties?
Homes and apartment buildings are usually a Bronze program: an assessment, seals on the drains that dry out, and an annual check. Persistent drain flies or a strong smell from one bathroom are the common reasons people call.
